LIT Program

Our Leader in Training (LIT) program is a two year program designed to teach young teens biblical fundamentals and leadership skills.
Our 2025-2026 season of LIT schedule is below!

Session 1: November 15th, 2025

Session 2: February 7th, 2026

Session 3: April 11th, 2026

Session 4: May 23rd, 2026

9AM – 12:30PM

There are four sessions throughout the year.

To volunteer during the 2026 summer camp weeks, applicants under the age of 18 are expected to attend and successfully complete the Leader in Training (LIT) program sessions. First year LIT participants are eligible to be staff members in 2026 with their sessions and lessons complete as well as the AVBC Volunteer Staff Application which includes references. Second year participants must have previously completed year one LIT, and complete second year LIT sessions and lessons as well as the AVBC Volunteer Staff Application with references. The Volunteer Staff Applications will be handed out or emailed in 2026 closer to camp season with more information.
